Lake Osoyoos Sailing Club was founded in 1968 and currently has
approximately 60 members who finance the clubs activities through annual
memberships. We are pleased to host various sailing events at the club each
year. The schedule is usually posted on the club bulletin board. Racing is
normally a part of club life and we have a fleet of Sea Spray and Hobie catamarans. In
addition, we have several Lasers, a couple of Flying Juniors and a one design dingy
fleet available for pleasure use by our members when not in use by the sailing
classes. We are hopeful that in 2008 a regular racing schedule will be
available for those wishing to compete
Our Officers for the 2008 season are:
Commodore - Jurgen Reinhards
Vice Commodore - Gary Jackle
Treasurer - Donna Storwick
Secretary - Maren Reinhards
